Having faster or higher metabolism rate has many advantages. Not only does it allow your body to burn more fat, it also allow your body to process food much faster which prevents your body from having unwanted fats during your workouts.
There are some simple and effective steps that you can take to increase your metabolism rate in just a matter of 3-4 weeks.
1) Work towards increasing your lean muscle tissue.
One of the factors of the level of your metabolism rate is how much muscle tissue you have. It’s a simple rule of that you will burn more fat when you have muscle.
Building muscle is one of the key ingredients in losing fats. It’s more effective than any weight loss or diet plan you can undertake without building muscle. 
2) Increase your daily activities
When you increase daily activities, you will tend to use more energy and muscle, resulting in a higher level of metabolism rate.
Not only that, you’ll tend to burn more calories. Start by taking up simple activities such as walks in the park to sports such as swimming, extreme sports, jogging and so on.
3) Reduce fat consumption
Increasing your metabolism and losing fat is a simple equation. It’s always has been and it always will be. The equation is that you must always burn more fat than your fat intake. So start by reducing fatty and oily food. Also reduce your intake of food take will indirectly cause fat such as sugar and an over intake of carbohydrates.
