The month begins the day after the Sagittarius Full Moon, and we will probably have a lighthearted and optimistic attitude. The weekend of June 2 looks good for getting some work done. It will be a great weekend for cleaning and organizing, and we will probably be amazed at the progress we have made.
We will probably want to continue the momentum on Monday and Tuesday, June 4 and 5. Many of us will want to put the final touches on some changes at home, and get ready for some summer entertaining with Venus leaving Cancer and entering Leo. But, we may find that our energy is going in the wrong directions, and we are actually accomplishing little, because the Sun and Jupiter will be at a standoff. Also, beware of extravagance. Do you really need that new lawn ornament? Later in the week on Friday and Saturday, June 8 and 9, there will be a strong tendency for mistakes and accidents with the Sun and Uranus arguing. Use caution driving, and double-check your work.
The weekend of June 9 and 10, and even into Monday, June 11, we will find a renewed energy and determination has entered our lives with the Sun, Mars, and Saturn all dancing in a triangle. Our energy will be strong, and our patience will be high. It will also be a great weekend to catch up with old friends. Then, on June 12 and 13 the Sun and Mars will end the dance with Saturn and begin again with Neptune. On these two days we may find our creativity is powerful, and our spiritual connection will be strong. We may want to spend our energy helping the less fortunate.
We will enter the New Moon on June 14, and Mercury will be at retrograde station on June 15. Purchase your Father's Day gifts ahead of time, because if you wait, Mercury may cause the gift you want to be unavailable. There could be some communication and travel problems from June 14 through June 16. Double check Internet transmissions, and if you are traveling, be prepared for a delay or detour. Mercury will be doing his retrograde in Cancer through July 9, so get ready, Water Signs, it could be a rough few weeks.
The Moon will be void of course the morning of Father's Day, June 17, so save the big celebrations for afternoon (late afternoon for those on the west coast) after the Moon enters Leo.
Venus and Jupiter will be singing in harmony on June 18 and 19, and some of us will receive some special awards. We will be recognized and appreciated for our efforts. But, at the same time the Sun and Pluto will be out of balance, and this could lead to aggressive and possibly unwise actions. Also, on June 19 through June 21, Mars will be creating another melody with Pluto, and the Sun will be leaving Gemini and entering Cancer, ushering in the beginning of Summer. We will probably be ready to get rid of some of the clutter in our lives, both the physical and the emotional. We may also find that our focus turns more to home and family.
As we enter the Summer season on Thursday, June 21, we will also be feeling the effects of Uranus at retrograde station through June 25. This could bring some sudden unexpected crises or celebrations into our lives. Those of us with dominate Aquarius in our charts may find that our lives are just are not rational during these few days. Saturn and Neptune will be hitting the peak of their opposition on Monday, so their influence will be strong this weekend. We may find ourselves dealing with corruption, or our own addictions may come up for us to take a hard look at. Mars will also be leaving Aries and entering Taurus over the weekend of June 23, so by Sunday evening we will be ready to slow down.
Mercury, while moving backward, will cross the Sun on Thursday, June 28. We may hear from an old friend around that time, or we may figure out a solution to a problem from our past. Venus and Neptune will be at a standoff as we approach the weekend and the Capricorn Full Moon on June 30. Some of us may overindulge in our addictions, including workaholism. It would be a good idea to practice moderation as the month ends.
