The passer will then run at the back of the players on the right shifts sides so that the player on the right now becomes the middle players. Now the middle player passes the ball to the left player and runs behind him to shift positions. This routine continues for the length of the soccer field and ends with the players kicking the ball to the goal.
3.Man in the middle - Five attackers are positioned in a circle around two defenders. Attackers should keep away the ball from the defenders and this is done by playing the ball with each other. The aim of the attackers is to maintain possession of the ball, but once defenders managed to break the circle, the two switches place. This Warm Up Soccer Drills can be made harder by passing the ball between the defenders.
