DFW International Airport is the third busiest airport in the world.

The city appears to have three main areas that cater to tourism. They are the Stockyards, the Cultural District and Sundance Square in downtown. The Sundance Square is one of the cheapest downtown areas to visit. There are all sorts of bars and restaurants in and around Sundance Square. The Square is named after the Sundance Kid, it is a place of history where they used to drive the cattle right through the downtown area to the stockyards.

Fort Worth is a cow town. There are cattle drives through town twice a day everyday, seven days a week, weather permitting. Ft. Worth Stock Market where livestock is auctioned off on television. This building was erected in 1902 as an office for cattle traders.

In the middle of the Stockyards District is a looming statue of a cowboy wrestling a steer. This cowboy is Bill Pickett, the first black cowboy to be inducted into the Cowboy Hall of Fame.

Billy Bobs texas was a Texas Centennial Project in 1936, the building was enclosed by the City of Fort Worth at a cost of 183,500 USD and the tower added. The new structure contained 1257 animal stalls, and a 1200 seat auction ring that is now Billy Bobs Bull Riding arena. The floor of Billy Bob's slopes from the entry toward the showroom stage, making an ideal elevation for concert seating.

With 127,000 square feet of space, which is nearly 3 acres inside and 20 acres of parking, for entertainment and events, Billy Bob's has 32 Max individual bar stations, country music's biggest stars, a Texas size dance floor for everyone to enjoy and a Live Pro Bull Riding.

Delaney Vineyards located between Dallas and Fort Worth, offers a unique and elegant venue for weddings, corporate events or an afternoon of touring and tasting.
