One of the major player in Sony Ericsson's K series line up of camera phone is the Sony Ericsson K800i – the 3G camera phone. The handset is endowed with a 3.2 megapixel camera module which was the highest spec camera module ever incorporated at the time of its release. However, this feat has been surpassed by both the five megapixeler Nokia N95 and a massive 10 megapixel camera phone from Samsung that was released in Korea.
