The Plot

Based on the Oscar-nominated hit film of 1974 starring Gene Wilder, Young Frankenstein is the wicked comical twist of Mary Shelley’s classic story, in which a proclaimed neurosurgeon and professor from New York, Frederick Frankenstein, inherits a laboratory and castle in Transylvania from his deranged grandfather, Victor Von Frankenstein. Young Frankenstein is extremely skeptical about returning to the castle because of his family’s highly-tortured past and the myth of the legendary monster.
