With years of experience working with people to help them create, manifest, and live the life of their dreams I have come to learn that the worst relationship that most people have is usually with a complete stranger. That complete stranger is more often than not themselves. The worst relationship that most people have is with themselves, and most people don't even know it.

I have met tons of people over the years that believe they know themselves when in fact they have almost no clue at all about themselves. Of course they know the basics such as their favorite color, or food, or brand name shoe and clothing. Most people know the surface stuff about themselves and they believe that they know who and what they are.

These are all just surface things that have very little to nothing to do with who we are. We must learn to take the time to truly develop an understanding and relationship with ourselves that is deeply rooted in an understanding of who we are at our core. Who we are as a person and what we represent to ourselves, to others, and to the world.

It's imperative when working with the law of attraction that you take the time to get to know yourself and learn to love yourself. Many, many people go to bed every single night with a complete stranger, and there is no other person you will spend every single moment of your life with. You are there with you all the time from the moment of birth all the way to death, so you may as well get to know yourself as much as possible, and get to the point where you love yourself.

Developing a healthy, happy, loving relationship with yourself is important when working with the law of attraction. If you don't have this, you are telling the universe that you are not deserving, and don't believe you are deserving of those things you want and desire in your life. This will not do when working with the law of attraction because the universe will listen and it will not deliver what you want.

It's also important when getting into a relationship. I meet many people who want to find someone and fall in love and they have no idea who they are bringing into the relationship. How can you ever expect someone else to love you if you don't love you first. This is like asking someone to give you money every single day without you giving anything at all in return.

You must take the time to get to know you, to love yourself. Not a conceded, "I'm the greatest thing since sliced cheese" kind of love, but a healthy happiness and contentment with who you are right now no matter how much more work needs done.

The more you love yourself, the easier it becomes for you to spend time with yourself and actually enjoy the silence of your own thoughts and ideas and personality. It also begins to tell the universe that you deserve those things that you desire and want in your life and allows the universe to begin to align itself in ways that will allow you to get what you want.

This also begins to allow you to truly begin to love other people. If you can't love yourself, there is no way in the universe you will ever be able to truly love someone else with a healthy and happy kind of love. Far to many people don't love themselves and bring huge insecurities into their relationships because they expect other people to show them how great they are and show them love.

Love yourself, enjoy yourself, get to know yourself. There will never be another you ever again, and you will never have the opportunity to bond with anyone like you have to bond with yourself. You spend every single moment of your life with you, why not take the time to like the person you are right now and enjoy every single moment of your relationship with yourself.
