What Is It To Be FIT?

It's a complete package. It encompasses your physical being, your emotional self, your thoughts and patterns of thinking, and your personal spirituality.It is my experience as a Personal Fitness Trainer and seeker of truth for the past 25 yrs, that you can not "know", live or embody "health" without cleaning up all of these aspects.
Lets break it down. Most people think that if they can loose weight and become physically fit than all will be well...that they will than be happy. Although that is an important component, that is simply the 'action journey'. Our thoughts are powerfully creative. We are vibrational by nature. We literally interpret the world through vibration, sight, sound, touch, and taste; it is all vibrational. The fact is that we are like radio towers. Our thoughts go out into the Universe and act as magnets drawing like unto like. This is the 'emotional journey' and it is of equal importance in doing this work. Have you ever noticed that whatever you really dwell upon always comes to pass ? It HAS to. You are pulling it to you. The most powerful law in the Universe is the Law of Attraction. There is no getting around it , just as there is no getting around the Law of Gravity....it just is. This is why learning to be conscious of the thoughts you are thinking is an intrical part of good health and of being fit. One MUST think and feel good to become healthy. This is just the opposite of what most of us have been taught. We think that if we can just have the thing we want then we will feel good. The reality is that we must first feel good before the condition we want can manifest in our lives. We must feel and think thin to be thin. We must think healthy to become healthy. Apply it to anything. Bottom line...you can not think that you are fat and become thin nor can you dwell on your sickness and become healthy. It is impossible, you are sending out one wave length/ vibration and expecting to somehow receive a completely different result. Like attracts like period. It really is that simple however, it may be challenging to change thoughts that have been playing over and over for many years. Doable if wanted bad enough.
We are spiritual before we are anything else. Our essence IS "God Force", " Spirit ", " Source Energy"," Higher Power", " Buddah Nature", "Prana Yama", etc.. Simply recognizing everyday that you are an eternal being forever connected to that force which creates Universes is enough. It flows through you . It is who you are.You always have been connected and you always will be. Now acknowledging that often is crucial to your well being...to anything you want really.In doing so you open up a line of communication that is your guidance..it is your birth right. Some people "hear" their guidance. Personally I "feel" mine. Others get signs from nature...there are endless ways to receive guidance all of which are valid and accurate.
So, to recap, being fit is all encompassing. Addressing mind, body and spirit is key. When you choose to address all of the aspects , then cleans them up one by one through both the action journey and the emotional journey, you are well on your way. Honoring your path as you make your way through this process is almost as important as doing it with integrity, honesty and joy. When you have completely embodied FItness...when you KNOW fitness as who you are...You are Fit !
