You will not evidence any secrets while in hypnosis unless you want to do so. The hypnotist does not have any supremacy over the subject. Quite the just opposite, the subject has more control over herself since at this time she has control over her own subconscious mind. The subject can easily ignore any suggestion the hypnotist makes, no matter how simple or confounded the suggestion might be. The subject can open her eyes, emerge from the state of hypnosis, and walk out of the room at any time she chooses.

Hypnosis is another way to gain your self esteem. The very root of all the negative things you think and say about yourself is in your unconscious mind. You can get to the root of it all by accessing that part of your mind with hypnosis. You will be able to change all of the negative thoughts with healthier, more constructive thoughts.
