Is it possible to our dreams to be in colors or it is always in Black and white? You might be a person who always dreamt in Black and white, but at same time you might read or heard about people who dreamt in colors, well let see if its possible! Before we go to colored dreams, lets give a look what does dreaming of black and white mean, maybe our dream try to send us a message or sign by dreaming in black and white.
- Black:
The color Black in dream might represent the unknown that dreamer need to know. It might be danger, mystery or unconscious, some times black represent sadness, facing problems and in extreme cases it might represent death, but in other hand black symbolize formality, authority or seriousness.
- Black and white:
To Dream in Black and white without a color reflect your feeling to the dream, that it doesn’t has feeling and emotion as it doesn’t has color. However to dream in black and white might be so positive dream shows that your conscious and unconscious are meeting in point together to built a greater side of you. If you dream was sharp black and white it shows that this days you are thinking and analyzing very logically.
Now lets talk more about colors, there are researches that shown most of our dreams are in colors, but there aren’t experimental proof for that. Researches shown that people who are more tuned to colors in their awake time, they are more likely to remember their dreams color, but the people that are not tuned to colors usually they end up by forgetting their dreams color and their brain automatically tuned to black and white or sometimes gray.
There are ways to remember our beautiful colorful dreams, one of the ways that help many people to remember their dream color is to try in your day before going to sleep to focus on colors of things around you and while you are trying to sleep, keep reminding your self that this time you would focus in your dream's color, by doing that it would be like an order to your brain to remember the color and that would help you while you are dreaming to notice the colors in your dream more.
