However, if you are feeling a little more adventurous then you could have a go at parasailing or spend some time wandering around the fishing village of Kailua-Kona. Also it is close to other attractions such as Kahaluu Beach Park, Captain Cook Monument and Hulihee Palace.

3. Hilo Seaside Hotel - Again situated on Big Island this hotel is on the eastern side of the island and you are only a few minutes' walk from Hilo Bay. Also only a 40 minute drive from the hotel you will find Hawaii's Volcano National Park where you can spend time admiring Kilauea Volcano which is still active.

But for those who just want to relax and unwind then you can spend time wandering around the hotels tropical gardens or just sit on the beach or take a dip in one of its outdoor swimming pools. This hotel unlike the others has a more Polynesian feel to it.
