Working a full-time Job and trying to make money online can be difficult. Lack of time and family responsibilities can make finding enough time to create sites almost impossible. It doesn't help when many e-books tell you to do thinks like write 5 articles a day for distribution. Outsourcing the work is not usually an option as you will be spending a lot of money even before you start to make an income.
We've had a lot of people join the income academy who have spent hundreds of dollars on e-books and programs only to find that they don't have the basic knowledge of how to make the programs earn them money or they just don't have the time to put them into operation
In one case a member had spent over $1500 and hadn't made any money back. What they failed to realize that no matter what the program or type of site you will still need to promote it.
In one of the forums i visit recently one of the members was telling everyone how he planned to start off by building 30 sites then leaving them for a few weeks and then seeing which ones were making money. He failed to grasp the fact that having bought 30 domains he would need to make over $300 before he broke even. Despite my best efforts he maintained that he had more chance of making money with 30 sites as he did by concentrating on one or 2 sites. He completely failed to take into account that he would need to promote all 30 sites and that would take 30 times more work that on 1 sites.
Try to find yourself some sites that don't take long to build and have a minimum amount of maintenance required. This will free up more of your time to promote these sites. Once you have made some profit you can then look at outsourcing. it's also a lot easier to make mistakes on 1 or 2 small sites than it is on 30 sites that you've just put up.
When I first started out I chose to build some Adsense sites. They were quick to build and maintain and this left me time to promote them. Once the income built up to a good level I was able to move on to other projects secure in the knowledge that I had a regular income coming in from the sites I'd already built.
If you are starting out or have yet to be successful take advantage of the free resources around you. Earlier in the year I combined 2 free resources with 2 monetization methods on a domain that cost me $8. This site takes less than 10 minutes a week to update. So far it's earned me in excess of $300. This isn't a huge amount but it's a regular income that could help you to move on to bigger things plus it costs me nothing and it only takes 10 minutes a week. All I used was Wordpress and Google alerts and Adsense and a Data Feed.
There are many free resources available. a quick search around the internet and a few forums will throw up a whole host of them.
This is just one very simple method of creating low maintenance income there are many more available to you. You don't need to spend money to get started.
