Feel The Feeling - Exploring The Magnetic Heart

The law of attraction has been described as thought, belief and acceptance of an idea or life situation we wish to manifest in our lives. Recently I read in Gregg Braden's book 'The Divine Matrix', that "WE ARE" the missing factor ? specifically,? it's our ability to purposefully create the condition of consciousness (thoughts, feelings, emotions and beliefs) that lock one possibility of our choosing into the reality of our lives.?
What is the difference between emotion and feeling?
When we take note of our feelings it is usually attached to emotions like anger, resentment, or fear. Emotions create the feelings within our bodies. If we are thinking or saying one thing and our physical bodies are feeling a different reality, it is our feelings that become the magnetic factor of attraction.
Marci Shimoff, in the Secret, says, ?Our feelings let us know what we're thinking. . . feelings are your greatest tool to help you create your life.?
But I have to wonder ?do we really get it??
What does ?feel the feeling? really mean?
Allowing the freedom to feel is limited by our learned beliefs. The degree in which we truly surrender and explore our feelings is compromised by our need to feel safe. Recently I participated in a ?fire walk? and learned first hand why I waited so long to take that first step.
I focused on affirmations like: I can do this! I will do this! I have heard that 2 million people have done this exercise before, so why not me? Still I did not walk. Courage whispered inside my head. Still I did not walk. Just as I was about to step back from the fire I saw the paper my instructor was holding; my paper with my dreams and my affirmations. I surrendered all thought, doubt and fear. My heart opened and I was filled with a sweet soft radiance. I felt the feeling. I walked to the end!
One lesson I learned is that momentary lapses in concentration and focus can often undermine our intentions, even if only for a second, and can bring about undesirable results. (In this case a HOT coal - ouch!)
Secondly, I ?felt the feeling.? By surrendering my need to feel safe, opening my heart, and giving myself permission to experience my vulnerability, I truly began to understand the magnetic powerful energy extending out before me. People say ?once you have walked on fire you can do anything.? The real lesson is once you feel the feeling you can do anything.
How do these lessons translate into your everyday life?
Suppose you desire a new house, more clients, greater financial freedom, or more loving supportive relationships. Have you been taught to use your sense of touch, taste, smell, sight and hearing to deepen your visualization? I am suggesting that you go one step deeper. Surrender your thoughts and open your heart. What delicious physical sensations do you feel inside when you truly believe that your dream has already manifested?

? What physical sensations do you experience when you are unhappy or happy?
? How is your vitality affected by your feelings?
? Memorize the physical feelings of JOY and LOVE

Emotions are intensified feelings. Choosing to memorize and integrate feelings of joy, happiness and love will transform your sense of well being and attract greater abundance into your life.
