Family and Self Help; Kids & parenting, relationships & dating, weddings, divorce and more. This includes all your dating sites, wedding planning, motivation, all your self improvement. This niche is also huge. The sub-niches are almost endless here.

Business Opportunities & Work-At-Home: These sub-niches are infinite. eBay, online marketing, MLMs, home-based business, affiliate marketing, etc. This is my favorite simply because I know the most about it.

Travel; Think about this one! Hotel & airfares, vacation packages & rentals, cruises, timeshares, honeymoons, reunions, etc. Again this is endless. The good thing is if you're in this niche you can receive a lot of free benefits by promoting programs here.

Slow down and take your time going through each one of these. You will begin to see all the potential. When you're finished with this article you will have so many ideas it may take some time to settle down and short list just two or three. If you don't have any ideas when you finish you may not be suited for this business.

Jobs and Careers; resumes, interviewing skills, job searches, career changes, etc. You have searched in this general niche. Believe me you're not the only one.

Communications; telephone, cable and satellite, cell phones, VOIP, toll-free numbers, cheap long distance, ring tones, etc. Do your research and you will find you can sell ring tones. The sky is the limit.

Instruction; languages, music instruction, do-it-yourself projects, job and professional training, etc. Do-it-yourself is also huge. Decide what you like and are good at. Build your site around that skill.
