GSMA has signed anagreement with most handset manufacturers like AT&T, KTF, LG,mobilkom austria, Motorola, Nokia, Orange, Qualcomm, Samsung, SonyEricsson, Telecom Italia, Telefonica, Telenor, Telstra, T-Mobile andVodafone. That's a big pool that's joined the bandwagon.
