Security agencies do not have to arrange any training sessions for retired army personnel. Because they are already trained to deal with all kinds of security threats both internal and external.
The training for security personnel is mandatory because, no one knows what kind of threat they have to face while on duty. It may be a normal case of theft, or may be big robbery or criminal attacks. In case of celebrity security, security agencies have to employ specially trained rough and tough commandos capable of dealing high priority threats.
