If you aren't attending trade shows because you can't afford to buy an exhibit, don't let this stop you. You can easily use the services of a display booth rental company to complete your professional image and market your company effectively.

Before you sign on the dotted line, be sure to read the rental contract in its entirety. You want to watch for hidden fees, loopholes and other suspicious wording. Note whether or not the price of the rental includes professional set up at the location. If it doesn't you need to be familiar with setting up the display in order to use it correctly. For displays you are setting up yourself, it's often a good idea to use simply designed exhibits. It's not worth the frustration to struggle with a complicated design at the start of a trade show.
