1.Proper diet. To lose fat effectively, you need to eat right from the beginning. Usually, the biggest reason why someone remains fat is because of the food that he or she consumes. Some foods that you eat will make you gain weight faster and you need to avoid those foods at all cost. You should have less snacks, fast food, chocolate and soft drink in order to lose weight. Especially soda, if you drink too much soda, the excess sodium that it contains will make your body to retain water and the carbonation causes bloating. So, eat healthily now. Include vegetables and fruits in every meal that you eat. Instead of having 3 big meals a day, you should take in 5-6 small meals per day to speed up metabolism rate for fat burning.
2.Exercise regularly. By exercising regularly, you are forcing your body to burn fat due to the increased of your metabolism rate. Especially cardio exercises like running and swimming, these exercises will burn fat over your entire body and reduce your overall body fat. With good cardio exercise routine, you will see the pounds melt away. Make sure that you exercise at least 3 times a week, with each session lasting at least for 30 minutes. It will keep you healthy, as well as to burn off those extra pounds from your body.
3.Detoxify your body. Your body contains a lot of toxins, impurities and parasites due to the food that you consume. Sometimes, these toxins and parasites are the culprits of you remaining fat. Therefore, you should take some effort to detoxify your body regularly by taking fruits and drinking enough water. Personally, I prefer drinking banana juice after meals which really helps to cleanse my body.
