Let's unravel this storyline, and when we do we will find that it's not such a mystery, but we might just find a skeleton or two in the closet. Those skeletons come in the form of high toxin levels, bacteria, fungus, yeast overrun, and maybe even parasites.
Our normal day-to-day process in the body for digesting and absorbing foods is dependent on the bacteria balance in our intestinal tract. When we consume too much of a "good thing" we must find some way to process the overload. Our body is not designed to process so much sugar, especially when we are not burning off that carbohydrate fuel through work or exercise.
What we do not and can not release through our breathing and excreting must be dealt with in some other way, and that is either to float it in our lymphatic and blood systems, or to store it away as best we can. What are the body's storage containers? We store those toxins in our fat cells, for fat cells are the storage space in the body.
How then do we change this cycle, releasing enough of those harmful substances from our bodies? A detoxification process is the best approach. Creating a friendlier environment within the body is the first approach, by giving the body foods and nutritional supplements that will promote a healthier PH balance. This will make digestion easier, and will provide the blood with the tools it needs to nourish the cells.
With better nutrition, and that includes ample clean water, the cells will say "ahhhh", and will release the toxins carried within. Providing adequate water to your system helps flush those toxins away, through the blood and lymphatic system. Exercise such as rebounding aides in the movement and release of those toxins and parasitic matter like bacteria, parasites, and viruses.
