If you really think about it, it's one of the only pieces of clothing that so many different generations can wear - from a young child to an old man or woman, and everyone in between, the t-shirt practically defines a classic style.
You can wear a plain t-shirt with jean for a casual, comfortable look. You can dress a decorated t-shirt up with a skirt or dress pants for a professional casual hybrid. You can layer the t-shirt with other shirts... there are so many different looks you can achieve. It is perhaps the only style of dress that gives so many options.
And the types of t-shirts really are endless. Printed shirts, or shirts with a flat design that's been 'printed' on the fabric, can be bought in almost all clothing stores around the world.
Chances are, you have at least a few t-shirts in your closet - and you've gotten plenty of uses out of them, too. It's hard for something so simple to go out of style, when you can wear it with so many different things.
