1.You have to start small by asking your friends and neighbors to be your members. You can be sure to have them on your group because you know that they believe you and trust you on your work.
2.There must be variety of styles on your messages that will capture the hearts of your recruits. It is important that your message should make an impact and can create interest on their side.
3.You have to make recruitment your first priority. You have to set your mind that this task will be the most important goal in your life for you to succeed in this career. You have to add passion on your group's capability to host events and sustain group meetings regularly. You can make a list of your guests. Ask their contact numbers to make a follow up call in case of future activities and events.
4.Consider the task of asking everyone in your group to have a share on the activities that you will organize. You can designate each member to take a part even in the smallest work that is available. Send them out to distribute flyers or assign a person to collect signatures or even distribute brochures.
5.Do not forget to make a follow up call on the new recruits. Keep in touch with them as much as possible. You must allot some time for calling them immediately to attend an event or participate on a particular seminar.
6.Know their interest why they have joined in your group. Make sure to give them all the necessary information about your motives and objectives. You must entertain all issues that are not clear to them.
7.You have to develop a correct and simple message on your new recruits. You have to be open on the concerns they want to know. Point out the goals you want to achieve and be appreciative to the tasks they have accomplished.
8.Make sure that you must plan on your future needs. You have to know how many recruits you will need. Try to recruit early as much as possible so that you can prepare early to whatever event you will organize. Do not forget to make an orientation to your new recruits.
9.Always involve your members to participate in any activity. Establish yourself as a leader and recognize their capability and talents. You may distribute the tasks to them and do not be self-centered by finishing any tasks alone.
