One of the most beautiful communities in the Henderson real estate market has to be the master planned community of Lake Las Vegas. Montelago village is the commercial heart of the community. It is home to the Ritz-Carlton, a marina, the Spa Vita di Lago and numerous boutique shops. Residents and visitors alike can relax at one of the spas, eat at a variety of restaurants or spend a day out on the lake in a rented yacht or take a romantic gondola ride. The community also features six helipads for those that prefer to fly over traffic instead of drive through it!  Montelago village is a great place for a getaway weekend or for a romantic night out.

Lake Las Vegas real estate prices have remained steady, despite the Lake Las Vegas homes continue to rise in price, marking this planned community as one of the best Henderson has to offer for golf enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. Construction is still ongoing but has become to taper off. Resale activity is fairly consistent and there are usually several properties available for sale at any given time.
