Communication is going downwards, there is no dearth of sweet talks and flirting, but then there is a dearth of frank discussions and common thoughts. There is so much competition now, that you either plan to suck up or destroy. So what does one do at this point of time?
The major three points that we have to center on, so we don't get sucked upon into the system are:
1. Honesty- It's important to be honest, its good to suck up to an extent, but then when you don't be honest, at the end of the day you won't be able to keep hold of who you are.
2. Find time- Find time to talk to people, and listen as well. Make sure that you build people hunted for you.
3. Be civil- The method you dress, and the method you speak, or even some of your habits can build people really don't desire to come near you. So pay interest to that.
It's a hard world, but then that is when the greatest among people should be taken out. That is when we have to build sure that the whole thing does not go into a big drag and that we all turn into cultured emotional machines.
