After you've finished with realtor school, you'll want to start sending your resume out to real estate companies. It's best to focus on working for a company right when you've graduated, rather than for yourself. You probably won't have the money right now to start your own business but, you might in a few years. So, focus on getting with a good company for now and begin sharpening your skills.

Once you've sold your first few houses, your confidence as a realtor will build. You will start receiving paychecks and you will begin to see how lucrative this career can be.
