2) Correct the situation by addressing the trigger and acting to change it.
3) Heal the damage caused by your eczema.
1) Expose the Trigger Or Cause Of Your Eczema
Doctors have been telling us for years that we have eczema because it's in our genes. You would hear things like 'That's just the way it is.' 'It's in your genes.' They don't really try hard - because you and I are pre-disposed to getting 'bad skin'. In most cases they prescribe emollients and cortisone creams. Courses of antibiotics for severe inflammation. Most of the time this is actually more harmful than staying at home and never visiting the GP!
One thing is clear - They don't believe in a cure for your eczema. It's never been proven. With 1 in 3 visits to the GP having to do with a 'skin complaint', is it any wonder they go for quick fix creams? Quick fix creams that ultimately thin the skin, attack the immune system, and destroy any chance of real healing.
In one thing they are right - we may be more likely to suffer with our skin than the next person. But that doesn't mean we have to have eczema, suffer with it for life, or give up looking for a cure!
But there is a cure for eczema.
You will find it when you know where to look.
Your cure is not going to be a magic cream or pill that changes your life, you may need to work a bit harder than that.
If you really want to heal your eczema you must look at many things, and you may well need some help and guidance from a real skin care expert to work through it. You will need to look at the following to work out the trigger or cause of your excema:
1) Nutrition
2) Toxification
3) Environment
4) Stress
5) Immune Dysfunction
6) Hormone Balance
Once you have looked at these six areas - you will have exposed the truth about your eczema and what causes it. Time for the next step ...
2) Correct The Situation By Addressing The Trigger And Acting To Change Things.
Now you have discovered the cause or trigger you will need to make changes to some part of your life. It doesn't have to be a major change - it could be as simple as removing one food from your diet, or changing your washing powder. Simple steps like this can make huge differences to the skin, and our whole well being. Now we have to ensure that we implement that change and go forward with a real positive understanding of why we have our excema.
3) Heal The Damage Caused By Your Eczema.
Now you have found the cause or trigger that has made you suffer for so long. Great! The next step is healing your skin naturally. It may be that other healing needs to take place too. For example ... perhaps your immune system needs strengthening. After suffering with excema your skin will take a while to reduce in inflammation and itching, the symptoms will slowly disappear - but what does your skin look like? Will it scar? Will it return to it's normal colour? Do you even remember how it should look? The answer is often unfortunate - yes it may well scar, and you may live with the marks of your condition for life. But there are ways to ensure that your skin does heal quickly, naturally - and perfectly.
