For anyone who is stressed here are 20 ways to reduce stress easily (in no particular order of importance)so here are 20 ways to cut stress levels.
1.Remember hard work is less stressful than boredom.
2.Try a new sport or any form of physical activity. Exercise is probably one of the best ways of beating stress.
3.Delegate don't try and take on responsibility for everything where you can share the burden.
4.Get a massage regularly.
5.Make love!
6.Eat fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and cherries their full of feel good nutrients.
7.Go dancing research shows that this is great de stresser.
8.Learn yoga or tai chi, perfect pastimes for reducing stress.
9.Give you mind something new to do regularly, like learn a craft or a new language.
10.Make sure you get enough sleep.
11.Go into a wood or empty space and scream.
12.Talk any problems you have through with other people bottling them up causes stress.
13.Don't put things off to tomorrow what you can do today.
14.Try some feel good herbs such as ginseng or ginkgo bilboa, they have been relaxing the Chinese for centuries and could relax you too.
15.Avoid sugary snacks and drinks, as well as over doing other stimulants such as caffeine, alcohol, or nicotine- Drink plenty of water.
16.Drink camomile tea it contains nutrients to soothe you.
17.Call a friend you have not spoken to for ages.
18.Relax in peace and quite for 30 minutes a day take time out and relax no noise or distractions.
19.De clutter your desk and your home.
20.Make your mind up to do something you have always wanted to do.
Stress is an attitude of mind incorporate some of the above into your life and you will de stress yourself and feel happier.
