In this article you will read how you can achieve the body you always want to have. When the winter ends and the weather become warmer, people are looking for the methods which can make their body more attractive, healthier and svelte. The main aim of the trainings on the open air is to increase pace of metabolic process, to lose weight, increase muscle toning.
There are many training programs for outdoor workouts. Such trainings can be held everywhere and they need only 20 minutes of time. The result will be amazing.
The training can be held on the street, on the soccer field or in the park. To make the training process more effective, you have to combine different types of exercises. Have several minutes for warming, stretching, cardio exercises and muscle exercises. All these sections will need not more than 10 minutes. One of the best training plans is presented below.
100 meter sprint. You can also choose 50 or 75 meter sprint. The choice depends on your preparation and individual wishes and aims.
If you have hills near your house, you can have hill sprints.
Different types of pushups will be also very effective and useful.
After pushups and running, have several minutes of relaxation and walking.
The next stage is variations of squats.
After it, you have to jump in different variations.
Climbing and pull-ups will be good choice if you have enough strength and desire to continue the training. If you are tired, the best decision is to relax.
Make the exercises till the moment you will feel the response from your body. After 20 minutes of training process you can go home and enjoy the day.
