Perfume can trigger a pregnant woman into being very nauseated. Even the scent from the perfume the mother to be is wearing could cause her to become sick. When a pregnant mother exercises , if she is wearing perfume the aroma of it can change from time to time causing the mother to become very dizzy. Mothers need to stick with the natural scent to prevent being overwhelmed by the scents of perfume.
There is a believe that the exposure a pregnant mother encounters from perfumes may damage the unborn fetus. It is always a good idea to think of the safety of the unborn child as well as yourself.
If possible try to use light scented lotions and oils. Avoid strong perfumes. Light scented oils and lotions are fine to use during pregnancy.
Using ginger lozenges helps in tricking your nose. This remedy has been known to be very successful in attacking perfumes that may cause the expecting mother to become nauseated.
Have you ever thought of your hair collecting odors and making you sick? News Break : Your hair will collect the scent from perfumes and colognes. Pregnant women should wear their hair up , or covered to prevent their hair from collecting new scents.
Fragrant sachets are nice to place in your car to attack the aroma of the person wearing that heavy perfume or cologne. Why not help kill unwanted odors and perfume when you know they are coming to your home? These mothers will truly thank you. It is very hard being nauseated. Show you really care, apply perfume sparingly. Keeping your pregnant friends could be very simple. Stop and think if you would want to encounter all the sickness that could be prevented.
