If you have a yeast infection of your digestive system, your doctor may advise you to change your diet. Food such as some brands of yogurt contain active cultures that encourage a healthy balance of digestive microorganisms. Your doctor may also recommend probiotics for yeast infection treatment, which are a more wide-ranging form of the active cultures in yogurt.
