He delegates the sales to professional sales people. Just like a CEO of any fortune 500 company does. He pays his sales people $1000 for a platinum sale and he puts the rest in the bank. At $1000 a sale to the sales person that sales person is making a lot of money also. They get to work from home and make as much money as they want to. It is totally up to each sales person how much they make.

Just last week his sales team made 4 platinum sales. After paying his sales people he pocketed $8000. I don't care who you are that's a nice pay check for a week. If his sales team keeps this up by the end of May he will average around 24K for the month. If we take this as an average for the year that is $168,000 for the year in just this one business.

Here's another important advantage for having sales people. If a sales person can't close a prospect on his cash cow business they down sale to one of James DeLoach residual income businesses. This way James DeLoach not only makes a great weekly cash flow but he also is building up his residual income businesses. Now this is cool.

Let's take last week again. James DeLoach made $8000 in the bank and at the same time his sales team signed up 17 new people in the downlines of his other businesses. Let's think about that one. If that is an average by the end of this month there will be 51 new people in his residual income businesses. At the end of this year that will be around 350 new business partners in his residual income businesses.

Wonder what is going to happen when he has more sales people on his sales team. Remember this is only what eight sales people did. Can you imagine what 10, 20, 30 or 50 sales people can achieve on his sales team? That is just staggering numbers. This concept can be used by all home based business owners. You just have to have a cash cow business where you can pay professional sales people a good commission on a sale.

Something else that James DeLoach does is when a new sales person makes a sale and he knows they are going to be around. He puts that sales person in the downline of one of his residual income businesses that the sales person likes. This way when they can't close on the cash cow business and they sign a person up in that residual business the sale person is benefiting from this also. Plus this gives the sales person a reason to go on to the down sale.

So every sales person is not only making cash per platinum sale they are also building their own residual income business for their future. In the process James DeLoach is benefiting by having his downlines grow in his residual income businesses. This way if a sales person quits they are still in the downline of one of his residual income businesses. Because if that sales person is getting a check from that residual business he will keep building it.
