1. Only use medication that is advised for your skin type.
Your skin type makes a big difference when choosing what acne products you should use. Your skin might be oily or sensitive, and this means you can't use the first product you lay your eyes on.
There are several acne medications currently on the market and some products are loaded with chemicals and is supposed to work if you have a severe case of acne. Obviously, if you only experience mild acne outbreaks and you start using these products, the harsh chemicals will cause a lot of skin irritations and that is exactly what you don't want
Always read the caution labels before using these products.
2. Use wonder vitamins for the skin.
Eat foods and drink fruit juices that contain a lot of vitamin C. Vitamin C is one of the vitamins that our bodies do not store, so you have to take in a sufficient amount throughout the day.
To illustrate, if you have a glass of fruit juice in the afternoon, the source of vitamin C will be out of your system by the evening. So to maintain a good level of C vitamin, take in some form of vitamin C three times every day. This will help maintaining the collagen, and in repairing your skin.
