The main cause of infertility is the inability to impregnate and in over 90% cases it is the man who is at fault. The cause of problem lies with the husband who has weak sperm which are not potent enough to cause conception. Healthy looking men are not necessarily potent men. Actually physical appearance and physical structure have nothing to do with virility and sexual performance or competence of a man.
