This can sometimes be multiple waves worth of credits. Aside from purchasing new towers, you can also use the money you've earned to upgrade your lower level towers that are already in place.

Because of the immense popularity of Desktop Tower Defense, their have been many different spin offs. These games all share the basic concept of the first game, but add their own specific twist to the genre.
