3: The factory outlets of the manufacturers which put on sale the defected pieces as the Second’s sale, can be a better option for buying the goods at dirt cheap prices and resell them with slight modification to the newer market segments. These goods are turned down by the quality assurance people/department of the manufacturing unit hence have to be done away with, the selling of these provides the manufacturer to atleast have something out of a defected piece also, so this becomes a win-win situation for both parties.
