Tips For Getting Pregnant Fast
Alicia Kay
There is a major misconception that as soon as a woman stops taking the pill she will become the next month. It can take months for the effects of the birth control pill to work it's way out of your body and get your body into a regular cycle.
To get pregnant you need to make sure you are having sex at the peak of your ovulation cycle. Having sex around your ovulation cycle will greatly increase the chances of getting pregnant.
To understand the best time to get pregnant you need to understand your ovulation cycle. One of the best ways to understand your cycle is to use a home ovulation kit. A ovulation kit works by tracking your bodies temperature and noticing temperature spikes which is a sign of peak ovulation.
Using a ovulation calendar can help you chart your ovulation cycle. The normal ovulation cycle is around 28 days with the half way point of 14 days being the peak of a woman's fertility. A ovulation calendar can help you chart the days of your cycle and give you a better understanding when to conceive.
Many couples believe the key to getting pregnant is to have intercourse all the time; this is really a bad idea. When a man has sex all the time he reduces his sperm count and will actually have a lower the chance of fertilizing the women's egg. When trying to get pregnant it is good idea to have sex three times a week during the women peak ovulation cycle.
If you are trying to get pregnant do not have your partner save up the sperm for a one shot at conception. To increase your chances of getting pregnant try to have sex at least two time around the peak of your ovulation cycle.
The best chance to get pregnant is to have sex a couple days before during and after the women's peak ovulation cycle. Spacing out the times you have sex will give the women best chance to get pregnant.
Timing is the most important factor in determine if a woman will get pregnant. A good non scientific tip to increase your odds of conceiving a child is try to have sex every other day. If you have sex every other day you will increase the chances of getting pregnant.
