Many people out there claim that they want a home based business. In my experience this isn't at all true. What they are really looking for is a way to get rich quickly. There's a horrible misconception floating around that having a "home based" business is somehow different from having any other business. And that the difference is that you're going to have more freedom than a great white shark in the Pacific Ocean, while making a ton of money.

Let me save you a ton of time and effort. This is all BS! Don't buy into it my friends. All of that television, print, email, and internet advertising that you see about the subject of having a home based business is complete crap. It's all designed to sell you something and play on your fears and dreams.

There is no simple and easy way to make money and become successful, and it surely has zero to due with the place that business is conducted (such as your home). If you want to be successful, you have to follow your passion or your Dharma as is suggested in the Bhagavad-Gita. This is the secret. Follow your dharma and the money will follow. If you continue to have the attitude of "show me the money, them I'll do this or that", you're in trouble.

So, what's your passion? What do you feel passionate about? We all have something. Cooking, writing, singing, fixing cars, hunting, hiking, climbing, making people laugh, it doesn't matter what it is, all that matters is you figure yours out. Then get a job or start an enterprise, based on that passion. That's what this whole deal is about, not the place where a business is conducted. If you don't follow your passion you will continually be caught by the net of all of the weasels out there trying to sell you something under the false moniker of a home based business. At the end of the day a home based business doesn't mean anything, its all BS!
