We have achieved our vanguard position by listening carefully to the needs and wants of potential customers. Many were dissatisfied by the timescale given for emergency data retrieval; before Secure Data Management's unique data storage systems were developed, the average timescale was around 48 hours.

We now offer standard data retrieval as a 'same day' or 'next day' service; if you submit your request by 4.30pm, you can have your records and files delivered to you by 8am the following day - or at a time that is convenient to you.
