I've been struggling with my weight for all my life. I've tried everything and got sick of it.
I tried pills, I tried working out more, walking every day, watching my food, all kind of gym devices, but nothing worked.
First I started with the easy way; namely, I wanted to take some pills and don't think about anything else. As you probably know pills can be dangerous and you should seriously consider twice to do this. But with the strong safety guidelines from the government, I wanted to give it a try. It didn't work in the past.
So I tried to work out more often. But this is pretty hard. I have a very busy life and when I'm back home during the evening, I don't have any energy left to work out much. Or if I made time for it, I found out I didn't spend enough time with my friends or husband. This was no solution either.
So I tried the most famous method. Dieting! If I shouldn't have started with one thing, it's watching my food pattern that seriously. I couldn't stop thinking about eating all day! How hard it is not to eat, when you feel you're hungry. And if you feel you're hungry you start thinking about being hungry. And when you starting thinking about food... You are going to eat. Maybe not the first day, maybe not the second, but the third you'll fail for sure. Besides, science has shown that most diet methods are very bad for your body. So if you choose a diet, make sure you do some research about it first, because you don't want to destroy your body, just to loose some weight.
And another famous one, gym devices. You see them on the TV, on billboards, in newspapers. They are everywhere, and there is a good chance you have at least of these simple devices right under your bed, easily put away, collecting dust for at least six months now. Just before you bought it you were sure you were going to loose weight this way, but in the end, it spend far more days untouched beneath the bed, than actually being used. Well, let's sum up what we don't want, so we know which products we shouldn't touch.
1) I just don't have time to go to the gym and work out an hour a day. If I had 30 hours a day, I might have time, but I'm not that lucky.
2) It shouldn't hurt my health. I don't want any damage from this!
3) I can't have a diet where I think about food all day, my job requires me to focus on what I do.
And then a new product came on the market, which claimed to get rid of 20 pounds in 2 months with no effort? They had to be kidding. It said it was safe.
So I tried for the free trial and signed up with them after seeing the video on their site. It looked great, but did it work?
To cut the chase, I didn't meet the 20 pound weight loss in 2 months. After I got Hoodia XPF, I started immediately, expecting nothing.
After 2 months I didn't loose 20 pounds, I only lost 11 pounds. On one hand I'm glad, I mean I did loose 11 pounds in 2 months, but I didn't
meet the 20 pounds as they told me to. They did tell me it works for most people, but not for everyone. That's why they give away the free trial.
