Athlete's foot or tinea pedis is skin infection that caused by pathogen fungi. Foot is more affect by fungi because they always wet and moist warm environment. Throughout history apple cider vinegar has been used to treat earaches, infections, arthritis, and as an aid in digestion.
2.Baking soda can be applied into the infected area. Just add some water until it has a pasty texture. Rubbing it into the infected skin will help improve the condition.
3.See the contents of your medical kit. There might be an antifungal cream on stock that you can use to get rid of athletes foot.
4.Cut limes in half and then gently massage the juice into your feet, calluses and between your toes for five or ten minutes before rinsing with warm water. A simple and affordable foot care remedy, lime will help combat athlete's foot and foot odor and will leave your feet feeling soft and supple.
5.A good treatment for athlete's foot is to pour Listerine on it. There are many ways to get rid of the troublesome foot fungus such as an application of Listerine on a cotton pad and applying it to your feet twice a day. (An alternative is to use the vinegar method and soak your feet two times daily in Listerine, but this might be a little costly!) Once you have rubbed the Listerine on your foot, you do not need to rinse it off. Afterward, be sure to dry foot off completely. Applying Listerine in this manner as a remedy for athlete's foot is harmless for youngsters and adults alike.
6.Epsom salts: Soaking the feet in a solution of Epsom salts in warm water is believed to help. This salt is believed to change the osmotic balance of the water so that less water is absorbed by the skin resulting in reduction of the pruning effect due to prolonged exposure of skin to fresh water. It softens the affected skin, so that antifungal medications can penetrate deeper and act more effectively.
