If you consume fast food items, Acid Reflux condition can increase its severity. It is an absolute no no to hit the bed right after a big meal. You need to walk for a little while before you go to sleep. The ideal case is to sleep only four hours after having your dinner. So have your dinner earlier around 5 or 6 O'clock, as was the practice of yesteryears.
