One of the most normal nail headaches is onychomycosis, a fungal disease of the nails that may create your nails awful and deformed. To avoid this, take elaborate care of your nails by washing and patting them completely, putting on properly-ventilated shoes and cotton socks that absorb dampness, and applying a good foot-powder.
