The office desk should be opaque, in order to minimize reflections, and at least 80 cm deep to keep the monitor at a proper distance from the eyes. The ergonomic chair is useful, but it is also important how we sit: you must occupy the entire seat. Leg and thigh should form a right angle. Leaning hands on desk, arm and forearm should be at right angle to one another. And the back must be kept straight, not curved. The monitor should have a minimum frequency of 85 Hz and low radiation emission (all recent models are like this), so as not to tire your eyes too much. It should be positioned at the right height to prevent disturbance to the cervical. The keyboard should be ergonomic and split in sections. Alternatively, it may be useful a mouse mat. Not to tire too much your eyes, you should make a pause of at least 5 minutes every half an hour passed in front of the monitor. These are all elements which a careful interior design cannot ignore.

But the general contractor projects certainly does not stop here, another very important element in the office design are the containers and the spaces for storing. So it is essential to manage the space in an smart way, because it leads to a better work organization, putting orders also between all the ideas. Not only comfortable seats, but solutions that maximize the capabilities of an environment, allowing also removing and cataloging large amounts of important documents. In this case equipped walls can be very useful to exploit any space, in order to pigeonhole and organize all documents. Some designers have designed these walls in order to store both paper and digital materials. In addition, the containers department is enriched always with new models, new materials, new colors, shapes always more varied to meet any need for order and storage.

A comfortable office also makes the lives of the employees more comfortable and thus more peaceful; now companies cannot ignore these requirements to reduce the turn-over of staff and increase productivity.
