Pictures Of Twin Babies
Tony Luck
First, the rules for choosing baby names apply to twins too: make sure the first name goes with the surname, and check the initials don't spell out something you and your baby will regret later. Second, choose something sensible. I know the fashion is to give your baby a unique name, or a traditional name with an unusual spelling; but don't carried away. A little while ago I met twins called Mercedes and Porche. One was a girl but I have no idea which one! It is true that bringing up two kids will probably cost as much as two luxury cars, and maybe Daddy would prefer the cars, but is it really fair on the children to give them names like that?
OK, now to the suggestions.

Finally, please try to avoid the puns. I used to work with a very nice lady called Hazel Nutt. Naturally, whenever anyone was introduced to her there was laughter. Fortunately she had the strength of character to put up with it, but some wouldn't; like an Irish lad I knew whose middle name was Mary. It all came out when he had to fill in a job application. He was not able to laugh with everyone else and it even affected the way he felt about his parents.
