Girl Skip - An Anime-style cross between Minesweeper and Hopscotch, in which you have to clear the board of randomly placed 1s, 2s and As by pressing numbers on the keypad corresponding to the distance you want to cover with your next move. There is a handy helper mode that tells you all the available moves at any given point.
Hold em - As the name suggests, this game is based on the popular poker variant Texas Hold Em. The visuals are neat, and the computer is a mean opponent, but the controls let it down somewhat.
JK Connect Four - This simple but enjoyable version of classic tabletop game Connect Four has everything you would expect, with one major drawback - it is two player only! However, if you have any friends with Android phones, then it might be worth a go.
Light Racer - Based on the light cycle game from the visually stunning bore-fest that is the movie Tron, the aim in this game is to drive around like some kind of laser-age slug, leaving a glowing trail of light in your wake in an attempt to entrap one or both of your CPU opponents.
Lights Out - A frustratingly addictive puzzle game, which involves tapping invisibly linked lights on and off with your finger on the touch screen, in an attempt turn the grid completely black. Superb.
Lunar Lander - In this bizarrely bad game, the aim would seem to be to land your space craft on a coloured line, but without any instructions, it is quite hard to work out how, or indeed why, you should do this. Avoid.
ZeptoRacer - This racing game takes forever to load and is hardly worth the effort, as the controls are unwieldy and the vibrations that indicate that you are doing it all wrong are not only irritating but a real drain on the battery.
