People suffering from this disorder fear for some unknown reason. They have a very difficult time in controlling their worries. Due to constant muscle tension and constant fear they might develop headaches, palpations in the heart, sleeping problems and dizziness. Due to the presence of these conditions in an anxiety disorder person, he/she has difficulty in coping with his day to day, normal activities.
