Ethnic Partiality has been something that has been ruling the planet ever since one can commit to memory, it has resulted in so many anecdotes so many and leaders and memories. There are times when we have been shocked hearing the destiny of some races, of how they were ill-treated. Ethnic Partiality was something that we all desired to move away and not be related with. There have been many rules that were made to assure that all ethnic groups were seen in the same and a handful were really victorious too.
But there are models when it can work the other way, there are instances when there is reverse racial discrimination, and that is when someone from the majority get treated unfairly or something of the order of prejudice. These are very small in number, but they are cases that are important. This is where the muscle of the written rules comes in handy. Under the rules ?No One? is allowed to be mistreated because of their ethnic origin, and it is not only for the minority groups.
There have been occurrences when owners have not renewed contracts with white people because they wanted to employ black people, for reasons of their own understanding. And there are victims who have gone to court and victims have come out victorious, thus proving that the law is above all. It is important for humans to acknowledge that all of us are the same and this holds the same for any condition.
There was a famous law suit of a White News newscaster being sacked because the television wanted a black news anchor to appease the TV viewers.
It is imperative for owners to know this too, they cannot sack a worker just because of his ethnic origin, and owners are at liberty to give a suitable and convincing justification. And no official should be under the notion that they cannot be convicted for being unwelcome to a being from a majority.
It is time for the world to observe and see that there are a number of sides to a problem, that there are many other humans suffering too. And again, the power of law should never again be misjudged.
