Take A Self Defense Class
Steve Gib
Remember that if your attacker breaks free he will continue to hurt you and cause you serious damage. Within this report we will look at an extremely effective solution for taking control of your attacker, using a weak spot every person has.
You won't find this technique in a martial arts class:
Although few martial arts talk about this idea, when you are on the street there are no rules, except for what works and gets you out of the situation safely. For this hair grabbing technique, follow these instructions...
Step 1 - One possible entry into this move is to palm strike your attacker in the nose, or between the eyes using an upward motion. After you strike your opponent in the face slide yoru hand into his hair and grab as much as you can and pull hard. The hair grab can be done without the strike, but in most cases, you won't be able to easily just grab the hair in the fashion this technique requires.
Step 2 - Once you have slid your fingers into the attackers hair, quickly and tightly close your hand into a fist, gathering the hair as you close your fist. If you have done it correctly, your middle finger joints will be snug against the attackers skull. There will be no gap in the distance between your Fist and the attackers Skull( You can practice this grip on your own hair). Once you have one hand, get the second hand on as quicky as possible if you are able to use this free self defense technique!
Step 3 - Having control over your attackers head is a good technique which is why I am teaching this hair pulling technique, which you won't find in a local self defense class!
Once you have applied the hair pulling technique use other techniques like rapid style strikes and eye gouges to further subdue the bad guy. Always follow through with a barrage of punches, strikes, gouges, hammer strikes and other techniques!
Also, this hair grab can be very effective in and of itself to cause pain and discomfort, but when it comes to self defense, there are no half measures. Strike hard and fast! Don't give them a moment to think or react! Fight hard and fight fast and dont give up until your attacker is down for the count.
