With buying a static caravan there are two decisions and that's choosing not only the static caravan but which park and pitch you would like you holiday home to be placed on.
A good idea would be to visit the static holiday home shows. Like every large show there will be a number of different manufacturers there for you to look at their models and ask questions direct.
Before going to the show it may be useful to make a list of what you want with regards to extras on your caravan and also the basics. Think about how big, how many people will be using it and what for, short breaks or long holidays. Its good to have an idea as to what you looking for so you don't waste time and get the most out of the show as there will be a lot to look at and take in.
Also try and make a guide on your budget again so you can look at only the models with your budget and don't get carried away. Remember when it comes to prices displayed at the shows they may not include the cost of the park fees as they are only displaying their caravans.
When you arrive at the show have your list and get yourself a map, take a few minutes to plan your route around the show. Don't take brochures and leaflets if you are not interested as you don't want to be loaded up and carrying around unnecessary weight all day.
At the show wont only be caravans on display but other relating companies with all related products which can be interesting to look at and give you some new ideas and maybe something you haven't thought about.
