Perhaps you find yourself asking the question, “Why can’t I find a diet I can stick to and not fail at like all the others?"
Many people often fail when it comes to dieting simply because of a poor choice of diet. They go for the low calorie diet where you don’t eat, which is terrible for you. Or perhaps they go for the specialty diet, where they eat one type of food, or eat all types of food with the exception of a certain group. There is nothing more dangerous then restricting your body from calories and all the major food groups. It is proven that your body needs certain types of food to function, so why would it make sense to remove one of these groups? It certainly doesn’t.
Let me tell you a little about myself. I am currently overweight and working on that situation with great success. I am 5’10 and started at 275 pounds. I am now down to 250lbs in only a short while. I’ve put much thought into dieting, since I’ve tried many of them myself. Then one day it dawned on me, after researching just a little while about the metabolism.
The metabolism is easily set into a routine if you consistently eat the same food. When it is stuck in this routine it begins to slow down and after a while, it would lose a race against a snail. However, what if you mixed up your food groups and ate them randomly? I decided to eat more than three times a day, I constructed a plan to randomize some of my favorite foods and eat them, moderately proportioned, throughout the day. In a very short time I began losing weight. Then it started to get a bit complicated.
“Which food should I eat; I had that group once a day for the past four days."
I started to worry as I didn’t want to mess up my plan and ended up getting myself stressed out. So I sat down in the chair I am in today, and searched the internet. I wanted to see if anyone else had come up with this plan like I have and more specifically, I wanted to see if they had the same issues I was having. Little did I know the diet plan I managed to think up was widely popular and known as “Calorie Shifting."
I refined my search to calorie shifting as my search term and came up with an amazing program. Though it was a paid program, very cheap in price, it did the trick. It came with a menu generator and planner to teach me when to eat my favorite foods. It even let me insert my favorite foods so it wasn’t mixing in anything I didn’t like.
So now, after my quick success and loss of 25 pounds, I would like to point others like myself in the right direction. I set up a website that teaches you just a bit more about calorie shifting and offers a link to the program I used. I can’t wait to drop all this extra weight so I can start feeling healthy and better about myself. Now is the time to do it and this program will certainly help you; like it is currently helping me.
