The Average Heart Rate
Alex Gwen Thomson
The heart rate is an excellent way to realize our body if this in a hundred percent effective, as this is the method of calculation which are detected by various pathologies, whether cardiovascular or circulatory. Commonly heart rate is an indicator of the functioning of the heart, known as the number of times the heart beats per minute that in a normal person in a state of stillness can vary between 70 and 100 beats, and during the course of a physical activity between 100 and 160 beats per minute.
The development of physical activity causes the heart rate increases and generate two types of movement, the systole which is when the heart contracts to expel the blood, and diastole that occurs when the heart relaxes to allow the blood restart its within the same cycle.
The development of medicine has allowed the heart rate is cataloged in various forms, as this can sometimes vary because this is a problem suffered by one person.
The arrhythmia is an evil very common nowadays, since according to some studies, there is a very high percentage suffers from this problem on anyone, especially among high-performance athletes. The arrhythmia occurs when the systole and diastole are not met properly, causing some problems as:
• Tachycardia: This occurs when the heart reaches at least 100 beats per minute, to be a very large number of keystrokes if a person is at rest, this represents a risk to anyone, because it runs the risk of shock attacks, strokes or even death.
• Bradycardia: This occurs when the heart keeps a heart rate below 60 beats per minute, being a person in a state of stillness or sleep; the biggest problem of bradycardia is that this directly affects the pumping of blood leading to a risk for one person, as this can cause strokes and heart stoppages.
• fibrillation or asynchrony: this evil is when the arrhythmia is such that the heart does not beat coordinated by a movement of individual fibers, causing poor blood circulation and becoming one of the largest sources of causing heart attacks .
It is good to highlight the problems mentioned above are harmless if treated in time.
At present, thanks to the development of some activities such as fitness, resolving some of the problems mentioned above have become visible, because the development of aerobic activities like walking, jogging, jumping, swimming and cycling, have become the main weapon in the fight against heart disease.
In conclusion, the heart rate is an important part in the success of a physical activity, so the best recommendation you can do is practice aerobics to improve our physical condition and our heart health.
